When
A fractional or interim executive role can be highly valuable for clients operating in a funding constrained environment or in a highly dynamic space where both the market and the company might evolve significantly in only a matter of months. The need might arise when a client has to establish a new function (e.g. Corporate Strategy), navigate a transition period (e.g. a merger), grow a new capability (e.g. Product Management), or build a new line of business (e.g. International), to name a few examples.
Why
The fractional executive model is highly cost-effective by avoiding investment in time and resources to hire a leader on a permanent basis which the business need might not warrant. We support clients in fractional roles on a full-time or a part-time basis, for a defined period of time which can be extended (or shortened) as needed.
